Join us this summer, for a deeper exploration of what it means to be mindful and how we can develop a mindfulness practice at a young age. We get bits and pieces of this in our weekly classes but our camps give us more time to make mindfulness a habit!
All participants will leave camp with ideas of how to incorporate a little bit of mindfulness into their own lives.
We have 2, 1-week camps available, during the 3rd weeks of June and July. Our camp meets from 9 AM to 12 PM and is open to 4-12 year olds. Single day registration and extended day (until 4 PM) options are available.
Our programs are super small so each child receives plenty of personal attention. This also means limited space so be sure reserve your spot soon!
Activities include yoga, storytelling, arts & crafts, gratitude journaling, sensory play, mindfulness games, and more!
