March 14-18, Mindful Art Workshops

Come create with us over spring break! Every day from 1-3 take a deep dive with us into different art mediums. Each workshop will include a lesson on mindfulness and tips on how to practice mindfulness as we express ourselves through art. We will create using watercolors, acrylic, clay, pencils, and mixed media. Those participating in our Mindful Kids camp can extend their days by adding on the mindful art workshop. Ages 5-12, 1 pm – 3 pm.
