Join us for a parent/child tea party and story time! This 30 minute session is a great way to introduce your little ones (2-5 yrs) to some mindful movement. First, we will all take a moment to mindfully prepare and sip our tea. Story time includes yoga poses as we read so children (and their grown-ups) can interact with the story. Stay for a while afterwards to visit, enjoy some tea, and read books from our little library.
