Join us for our spring break camp! Attend for a day or the whole week! Let’s bloom by building a growth mindset! Spring is the perfect time to focus on personal growth. As we explore the components of a growth mindset, we’ll also learn how to be more mindful in our day-to-day lives. We can enjoy the benefits of a mindfulness practice simply by making a conscious effort to pay attention to the present moment while going about our usual activities. Activities include yoga, breathing techniques, guided relaxations, arts & crafts, and mindful games. Ages 5-12, 9 AM – 12 PM.
