This is a special class just for us mamas so we can get some mindful time in for ourselves and chat about life with other moms. 🙂 Making arts and crafts projects are a great way to practice mindfulness as it gives us something to focus on and makes it easy to stay in the present moment.

We will feature different art/craft projects each afternoon like crocheting (the studio owner’s personal fave), sculpting, painting, dot painting, book making, and more.
